Dragon Con is the biggest pop culture convention in the southeast, one of the biggest in the county! It’s an annual party that brings amazing guests and performers to Atlanta. The cast and crew of Earth Station Trek Podcast will be appearing LIVE at Infinite Realities Comics, Games and More to do a live podcast recording and book signing! The authors of The Earth Station Trek Guide to Star Trek will have copies of their book on hand to sell and sign after a live-with-audience recording of a podcast episode. The topic of the show, appropriately enough, will be “The Infinite Realities of Star Trek“. The topic will cover everything from parallel worlds to alternate dimensions to mirror universes!

The Earth Station Trek Guide to Star Trek is now available! Written by the hosts of the Earth Station Trek podcast (Veronica Dashiell, Keith Johnson, Charles Kelso, and R. Alan Siler), the book is a very personal reflection on what Star Trek means to them. The book made its official debut on April 5, 2025 at the Stellar Fest convention. Here it is — trailer #1 for our upcoming documentary, UNCONVENTIONAL: The TimeGate / WHOlanta Story! The teaser trailer that we released two weeks ago (on the day of the con’s 20th Anniversary) featured mostly previously unseen archival footage. This trailer highlights newly-shot material and will give you an insight into the story that the documentary will be telling.

The documentary will be released with a premiere event in Atlanta later this year.

We’re very excited to announce that in ONE WEEK — on March 26, 2025 — we will be releasing the first teaser trailer for our new documentary, UNCONVENTIONAL: The TimeGate / WHOlanta Story! We realize that there hasn’t been much in the way of public updates recently, but we’ve been VERY BUSY behind the scenes filming content, combing through archival footage, and storyboarding the final film. We still have a few more key interviews to shoot, and that will be done in the next few weeks. We’ve made a lot of progress on this project and we’re very excited to debut it later this year. And in ONE WEEK you’ll get your first taste of what we’ve been working on!
